1.RINse chicken breast meat and dice.place in a bowl with seasoning (A) and marinate for 10 minutes.chop cashew nuts(yiuko) and set a side(fig.1.)
2.heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok till hot .add chicken meat and fry till it changes colour.remove from wok.set a side.
3 heat remaining oil .add in cashew nut(yiuko) and fry for a while.add cooked rice and stir wel(fig.2).add chicken meat,seasoning (B). and mix well.serve.
