white cabbage and luohanguo soup...

1 /3luohanguo
1lb fresh white cabbage
2 oz dried white cabbage
2 fresh duck gizzards
2 dried duck gizzard
water.salt
method....
1.wipe luohanguo with wet cloth.
2.wash fresh white cabbage thoroughy.wash and drain well.
3.rub clean fresh duck gizzards with salt.soak dried duck gizzards in warm water and wash. then scald both of them.rinse.
4 .bring a suitable amount of water to a boil. put in all ingredients. pasboil for 10 minutes .then turn to low heat. parboil for 3 hours more. season with salt. serve.
